REGISTRATION NOW OPEN - JANUARY 1, 2026

Welcome to the Arrowhead Youth Baseball & Softball 2026 Season Club Registration page. Club baseball and softball teams are inclusive - requiring no tryouts - programs focused on developing players with strong fundamentals, coaching proper sportsmanship, ethics, and loyalty, while maintaining a high level of integrity with a team focused mentality. The goal of our Club program is to cultivate talented young players, while using the vehicle of baseball and softball in a fun and competitive environment.

Club Registration Runs from January 1 - March 15 

Registration cost per program:

Club Baseball

• CO-ED T-Ball = $125, plus $50 volunteer and SportsEngine registration fees
   
• Coach Pitch (Baseball) = $150, plus $50 volunteer and SportsEngine registration fees
   
• 3rd through 8th grade (AA, AAA, & Majors, Baseball) = $200, plus $50 volunteer and SportsEngine registration fees
   
• 9th through 12th grade (Brooks HS Baseball) = $225, plus $50 volunteer and SportsEngine registration fees
   

Club Fastpitch Softball

• 1st through 2nd grade (Softball) = $175, plus $50 volunteer and SportsEngine registration fees
   
• 3rd through 9th grade (Softball) = $200, plus $50 volunteer and SportsEngine registration fees

Practices will begin in April/ early May depending on field availability.  Season will end the weekend of July 18th with a tournament for Kids Pitch levels. Our CO-ED T-ball and Coach Pitch Baseball usually ends one week prior.
 

• Practices & Games will be two times per week. Weekends are available upon request or by coaches' decisions.
   
• If you have a special request to be with a specific coach, friends or classmates, please indicate during registration.
   

Appropriate age group to sign your player up for is listed below. NOTE: Grade the player is in at the time of registration.
 

Club Baseball (Mondays-Thursdays; some divisions have specific days)

• CO-ED T-ball (4K & 5K) Must be 4 years of age by 4/1/26 - held MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS at various locations including Hartland North and Little Red Schoolhouse (T-ball season ends in late June)
   
• Coach Pitch (1st & 2nd grade) - held TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS at various locations including Hartland North and Richmond Elementary schools
   
• AA (3rd & 4th grade) - held at various locations including Oakwood Church, and Hartbrook (Big) & Penbrook Parks (Village of Hartland)
   
• AAA (5th & 6th grade) - held at various locations including Oakbrook Church, and Hartbrook (Big) & Penbrook Parks (Village of Hartland)
   
• Majors (7th & 8th grade) - held at various locations including Centennial & Nixon Parks (Village of Hartland)
   
• Brooks HS (9th-12th grade) - held at various locations including Centennial & Nixon Parks (Village of Hartland)
   

Club Fastpitch Softball (Mondays-Thursdays)

• Machine Pitch (1st & 2nd grade) - All games typically held at Lake Country School (Little field)
   
• Modified Live Pitch (3rd & 4th grade) - Home Games held at Dickten Park, Away games are scheduled based on field availability
   
• Live Pitching (5th & 6th grade) - Home games typically held at Dickten Park, Away games are scheduled based on field availability
   
• Live Pitching (7th, 8th & 9th grade) - Home games typically held at Arrowhead Union High School JV Field, Away games are scheduled based on field availability

***All grades are determined by the grade the player is in at the time of registration. For example, if you child is in 5K during the 2025-26 school year, they are in 5K for Club registration purposes.***
